Previously worked at Loan Partners as a Financial Analyst for over two years focusing on Debt Restructuring, Debt Refinancing and Syndicated Loans Agreements. Prior to this, she worked for the banking sector for over a year where she gained experience in risk management, credit risk analysis and banking services.
Graduated in Business and Management Administration including a Master’s Degree in Finance at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Subsequent to this, she took some courses mainly focused on financial forecast models, debt and equity capital markets and valuation methods.
Mara is a CFA Level I Candidate and is also taking the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst Program at Corporate Finance Institute.
Fluent in Spanish, English and intermediate French.
