Worked in both private practice and in-house roles, including at a DLA Piper Africa member firm and within a publicly listed investment company in East Africa, and most recently as Senior Legal Consultant to a Luxembourg-based blended finance impact fund advising on cross-border debt transactions across sub-Saharan Africa.
Strong sector experience in sovereign and multilateral financings, ESG-linked and green loans, fund-level advisory, portfolio management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
