Nick joins ThirdWay from Rand Merchant Bank’s Investment Banking Division, where he spent 8 years in various capacities within the Bank’s debt origination team.
Recently, he has specialised in structured private financing structures, with a keen focus on providing solutions to alternative lending businesses providing critical funding to the SMME market in South Africa, a key catalyst to economic growth.
He has experience across a number of asset classes, industries and transaction structures and over his career has been responsible for a number of landmark transaction closures.
A Cape Town native where he studied a Bachelor of Business Science degree, specializing in finance, from the University of Cape Town.
