Over 25 years of experience in global financial markets (including over 19 years exclusively dedicated to impact investing).
Previously Founder and CEO of Verra Impact Consulting, a boutique consulting firm based in Buenos Aires dedicated to offer services related to impact investing, climate and carbon finance, financial inclusion and design of sustainability-linked instruments.
Prior to this, Pablo was Partner, Regional Head of Public Sector and Decarbonisation Finance at Deloitte Spanish Latin America; Head of Equity and Mezzanine Investments at IDB Invest; and Regional Equity Head at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank’s private arm). Pablo is also a Professor of Impact Investing at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and Universidad EAFIT in Colombia.

MBA from the Wharton School, graduating as a Palmer Scholar, and MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the class valedictorian. B.A. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, where he graduated with the highest GPA of his class.
