Request for Proposals (RFP): Communications Agency for a Campus Recycling Awareness Campaign

ThirdWay Partners invites qualified communications agencies operating in Morocco to submit proposals for the design, production and management of a four-month recycling awareness campaign across approximately 20 university campuses.

The campaign aims to:

  • Increase recycling awareness among university students.

  • Drive PET bottle collection through an existing network of Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).

  • Build long-term engagement through competitions, student ambassadors and creative content.

Campaign Details

  • Duration: September – December 2026

  • Location: Settat, Casablanca, Rabat, Safi and Marrakech

  • Contract: Fixed-price, milestone-based

Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

  • Campaign branding and creative development

  • Student ambassador recruitment and management

  • Contest management and coordination

  • Content production (video, photography and graphics)

  • Monthly reporting and stakeholder coordination

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Registration as a communications, advertising or marketing agency in Morocco

  • At least three years of operational experience

  • Experience managing integrated communications campaigns

  • Capacity to operate across multiple Moroccan cities

  • Experience producing Arabic and/or French content
